Tilman Paas fell in love with the architecture of a 1930s textile factory in Germany. The building was almost in ruins, but with a little TLC and a lot of hard work, Tilman Paas was able to create a masterpiece.
The inside of the house has a lot of iron bars holding up the foundation, giving it an interesting, modern twist. Tilman Paas did an excellent job keeping parts of the factory visible while still adding a contemporary touch. You would definitely gain some leg muscles going up and down the enormous flight of stairs everyday!
