While tasting menus often feature a large variety of small dishes, Bompas & Parr's culinary gathering will feature an extravagant 200 courses. The entire event will be broken down into meal-based sections such as breakfast, snacks and lunch.
To further create a differentiating factor, each section will have a color-coded theme. Some examples include 'Yellow Breakfast,' 'Blue Afternoon Snack,' 'Pink Dinner' and 'Red Party Time.' In order to distribute the dishes in a timely fashion, a new menu item will be presented every seven minutes and 14 seconds. Unlike most events with tasting menus, this extravagant party will unfold over the course of a 24 hour period.
Bompas & Parr has teamed up with a variety of talented chefs to carry out this creatively designed feast. Chefs from eateries such as Story, Chiltern Firehouse and Claridge will be part of the unique dining experience.
