The 92-sq-m space is made up of two separate areas: the restaurant's kitchen and storefront. Fitting 14 employees, this minimalist and modern work area features a three-dimensional geometric wall that serves as the space's main focal point. The protruding partition is juxtaposed against reclaimed wood surfaces, monochromatic art work and simplistic signage.
The Sushi-teria restaurant's interior design features a mix of heavy and reflective surfaces. From its raw materials to its quirky accent details, this space takes inspiration from the intricate weaving that is seen on a fishermen's net.
