SolidNature collaborated with AMO on Groceries, which is an installation composed of stone objects modeled after everyday supermarket products and food packaging. Presented during Milan Design Week, the project transformed marble and onyx into sculptural interpretations of stacked produce, cartons, bottles, cans, and retail shelving displays arranged within a grocery store-style environment.
The art installation combined SolidNature’s natural stone materials with AMO’s retail-inspired spatial layout and merchandising structure. Objects throughout the space replicated the proportions and visual language of disposable consumer packaging while retaining the weight, veining, and polished surfaces of carved stone. Shelving systems, counters, and display fixtures extended the supermarket format across the exhibition interior. Groceries was installed at SolidNature’s Milan showroom during the 2026 edition of Milan Design Week.
