Redesigned Skateboarder Sneakers

The 1980s adidas 'Superstar' Recieves a Skate Shoe Makeover

The iconic adidas 'Superstar' has received a modern skate shoe redesign perfect both for skateboarders and sneaker heads.

The adidas 'Superstar Adv' has been given an upgraded silhouette featuring a number of technical innovations for performance skateboarding that still pays tribute to its roots. The shoe has been made over to be both lighter and slimmer overall, featuring a 'ADIPRENE' impact protection sole for improved cushioning in the heel, and a 'Vector Traction' outsole to provide both durability and an increased overall board feel while riding.

The skate shoe also retains the instantly recognizable three stripe detailing on the side, but it now lies more flat and flush along the leather and synthetic upper. Finally, the abrasion-resistant rubber shell toe that the 'Superstar' is know for continues to remain the same.
