Tosti Creative Put Out a Call for Senior Creatives Aged 70 and Older

Tosti Creative put out a call for Senior Creatives (70+) and within 24 hours, its LinkedIn post got more than 4,000 responses. Over 190 seniors applied to this initiative, which was born out of conversations about loneliness among the elderly, but proved to be equally beneficial to the creative agency, thanks to fresh ideas, perspectives and insights. Tosti Creative outlined, "You don't need to be an advertising expert; your life experience is what adds value. We'll provide guidance and inspiration to create strong concepts together."

Divided into three small, temporary teams, the Senior Creatives were tasked with real creative, marketing and communication challenges, including briefs on digital skills for older adults, housing market mobility, and matching refugees with host families. With all of the projects received by clients, two are now reportedly in talks to be further developed.
