SAEN Studio Has Completed the RIC Office

SAEN Studio developed the RIC Office — the new headquarters for Ruffo Ibarra Consultores, an accounting firm located on the 14th floor of Torres de Aguacaliente in Tijuana, Mexico.

SAEN Studio's RIC Office project reimagines what is expected of a traditional accounting workplace through transparency, connection, and timeless materiality. The design direction was shaped by the firm's desire to create a space capable of evolving alongside its business as it enters a new chapter and expands its client base. The studio worked within the existing boundaries of the space while leveraging the expansive and unobstructed city views as an opportunity to extend the workplace experience beyond its physical confines. A seamless connection is established between the interior and the surrounding urban environment, with the design maximizing access to natural light and creating a lighter, more engaging atmosphere for employees and visitors alike.
