Rocking Beach Chairs

Sandy Seating by Joon and Jung Mimics Soothing Ocean Audio

If you live in the city, it can be hard to make time to fit in going to the beach. Joon and Jung have designed the ‘rocking on the beach’ chair to bring the beach to you.

The chair is comprised of pipes made of plastic created to mimic the soothing sounds of the ocean.  To really get this chair to sound realistic, the designers actually did research on Netherland beaches to perfect the audio realism.

Just put on some sunscreen, plop into one of these relaxing chairs and you’ll forget that your in the middle of a metropolis!
