Opulent Glass Eateries

The Guilhermina Restaurant in Sao Paulo is a Rectangular Glass Structure

The Guilhermina Restaurant in Sao Paulo is a beautiful rectangular space created in the former place of a debilitated old building. Designed by Brazilian firm FGMF, the restaurant is the first execution of hospitality design that sees the space divided into two, separating all of the administrative, cooking and storage from the first floor of the eatery.

Located on an infamous Bohemian street, the Guilhermina Restaurant's upper level houses the kitchen and a small office, while the lower level hosts the dining tables, cashier, bar, bathrooms and the display of cold foods.

From the outside, the Guilhermina appears bright and inviting, serving as a beacon restaurant in Sao Paulo's changing food scene. The project is the first of many from a group of investors who plan to continue exploring the dual-space concept.
