At Milan Design Week 2026, Kia is presenting two complementary exhibitions under the theme 'Resonance of Opposites.' This design-forward venture represents an evolution of the brand's 'Opposites United' philosophy. One of the 'Resonance of Opposites' installations focuses on the introspective creative process, and the other showcases physical concept vehicles.
The first exhibition is called 'Journey of Reflection.' Presented at the Museo della Permanente, it unfolds through three immersive environments — a dynamic light installation with shifting waves of color to symbolize how diverse perspectives shape culture, an interactive canyon-like space that responds to visitor movement to express creative risk-taking, and a serene cavernous area where slowly changing light visualizes the passage of time to represent relentless innovation.
The second exhibition is dubbed 'Journey of Projection' and is held at the Salone dei Tessuti. It displays six concept vehicles, including the EV2, EV3, EV4, EV5, EV9, and the Kia Vision Meta Turismo. Each represents a different stage in the brand's design strategy.
