This Brooklyn Tower Features a High Proportion of Corner Units

The ODA New York architectural project is set to commence work on an exceptionally brash and bold residential tower project, located in the neighborhood of South Williamsburg in Brooklyn, that is perhaps most noteworthy for its supremely unusual shape, reminiscent of Jenga blocks.

The 416-420 Kent Avenue residential tower consists of a trio of 22-story buildings that together offer as much as 800,000 square feet of floorspace and a grand total of 857 homes. What's great about this particular residential tower project is that 20 per cent of the residential spaces will be reserved for people needing affordable housing. Moreover, corner units will comprise over 80 per cent of the apartments that will form the tower.

Ultimately, this residential tower project proves that in-demand neighborhoods can still be home to skyscrapers that make room for people needing affordable housing.
