British Craft-Inspired Penthouses

Echlin Design Transformed the Penthouse of Rathbone Squre

London-based design studio and member of the British Luxury Organisation 'Echlin' designed the new penthouse for Rathbone Square.

Spanning over the seventh and eighth floor of the development, this British Craft-inspired home has access to its own private outdoor space with a panoramic view of the London Skyline. The design team created a sculptural spiral staircase in the center of this open floor plan, connecting the main floor to an additional large living space and the master bedroom. The lower floor features two more bedrooms, another bathroom and a large balcony.

The color palette of serene colors on rich materials gives the penthouse a modern yet refined luxury. By focusing on classic British Craft style design, the penthouse at Rathbone Square has carefully selected pieces, all made by local UK-based designers.
