Stunning Seafront Abodes

The Rambla House is Unusually Connected to the Outdoors

LAND Arquitectos has designed the 'Rambla House,' a compact, domestic structure that is refreshingly original.

Upon first glance, the home appears to be only half-finished. However, if you look a little closer, you'll realize that the home connects the indoor and outdoor spaces so seamlessly, so fluidly, that one can hardly tell where the exterior ends and the interior begins. Inside, the floors, walls and ceilings are paneled in wood, an effect that ensures a consistent texture throughout. Moreover, the paneling makes it seem as though the pool terrace is actually apart of the living, kitchen and grill area.

Another defining feature is the V-Shaped support beams, which lend the home an commanding, industrial presence. The beams also allowed the architects to install retractable glass windows, completing this stunning seafront abode.
