The table lamp starts with an uneven glass sphere as the main structure, reminiscent of the aforementioned bubble and it is reflective of the shape it takes on a few seconds before it pops.
The glass has a murky look closer to the bottom and is clear at the top to evoke a soft illumination. It is set on a cast aluminum base foundation that is shaped like a thin disc -- this is representative of the 'ground; that the bubble rests on.
