'Al pastor,' a "Central American cooking technique, involves marinating meat in spices and slow-roasting it on a spit; as such, the pork was marinated in a blend of spices and slow-roasted, enhancing the depth of flavor." The Pastor Ramen was served with pineapple pico, adding a sweet and tangy contrast. The dish also incorporated "elotes, a Mexican street food made of boiled or charred corn topped with herb mayonnaise, queso fresco, and herbs." To complement the ramen, Bone Daddies offered a 'Yuzu Margarita,' a mix of frozen Yuzu Margarita and Asahi Lager, served with a spicy rim.
This limited-edition collaboration, which was available until October 31, 2024, combined Mexican and Japanese flavors in a fresh ramen twist.
