Folded Paper Chairs

German Artist Martha Schwindling and Her PAP Chair Rock

German furniture designer Martha Schwindling is cute as a button, so it’s only fitting that her designs could also be described as ‘cute.’ The PAP Chair is a new project by Schwindling. The design of the PAP Chair was based on a folded sheet of paper.

Schwindling was born in Merzig, Germany, and only recently graduated from design school in 2007. Her fresh talent is very interesting, however, and the PAP Chair may only be the beginning.
