Bureau Fraai Designs the Panorama Penthouse in the Netherlands

Bureau Fraii designs a modern penthouse that overlooks the sea and city in the Netherlands dubbed the Panorama Penthouse apartment. It is a space that is home to an old office building that overlooks a 180-degree view of its surroundings. In order to achieve this, it rests on top of the free-standing oak base to have an open layout.

There are four floating volumes that function as an office, sauna, primary bathroom, and walk-in closet. The views are shown through the floor-to-ceiling windows throughout the home. The living room is on top of an elevated wooden platform that is paired with an outer bookcase. The sofa faces towards the window to open up a look towards the city's views.
