adidas Originals and Mr. Bailey join forces once again to drop the second drop of the OZMORPHIS collection. It continues to channel the underwater theme from previous projects together. Specifically, the duo highlights the Aurelia Aurita, which is better known as the moon jellyfish.
The latest sneaker boasts a high-top silhouette in an all-black colorway constructed from layered textures to create a futuristic design. Half of the upper is made from molded TPU and it is then wrapped in a slightly clear mesh overlay inspired by the jellyfish bell and rounded our by a co-branded neoprene upper sock. Mr. Bailey speaks about the concept behind the project last year as being to "understand aquatic life forms and how natural engineering systems can influence the latest footwear technology," which continues this time around as well.
