OutRun vehicle, created by Garnet Hertz, is a car unlike any other that you will see around; Hertz's car fuzes a race car video game with a real vehicle. The vehicle has webcams mounted to the front and converts the images into an 8 bit game.
The OutRun vehicle is brilliant and somewhat hilarious creation. The OutRun vehicle is certainly one that I would like to try out if I had the opportunity to do so.
Implications - The line between video games and the real world is continually being blurred with the advent of new games. Consumers are looking for experiences that feel as realistic as possible. Companies should take this into consideration when creating products for this particular demographic.
