With the next-generation Oura Ring 5, ŌURA is introducing the smallest smart ring in the world, delivering advanced health sensing and insights in a compact, comfortable form crafted from lightweight, non-allergenic titanium. "To make something 40% smaller without sacrificing an ounce of accuracy, we had to rethink every assumption—the sensors, the battery, the architecture, the geometry of the ring itself."
In addition to boasting low-profile sensor domes for better skin contact, more powerful LEDs, stronger signal pathways, and enhanced durability, the Oura Ring 5 can be found in two new finishes: a redesigned Gold in a lighter, modern shade that more closely resembles true gold and rich Deep Rose. New software and services include Health Radar, with features like nighttime blood pressure monitoring and breathing analysis, as well as AI-generated health guidance and GLP-1 Insights.
