Ordinary Architecture firm has taken its fascination with letterheads and graphics, and applied them to one of the most recognizable signs in the world: the Hollywood Sign.
The artwork is scattered along the Mount Lee trail on the way up to the actual Hollywood sign. Letters have been placed on the path corresponding to the letters that are missing from the original. To emphasize this, a viewfinder is set within the same area that highlights the section of the sign that is missing.
This installation provides another form of entertainment for hikers going up to see this iconic sign, and Ordinary Architecture did a good job of creating a more interactive experience for these individuals.
