Incredibly Contemporary Clubhouses

The OBRIY Clubhouse Concept is a Premium Cottage Town

OBRIY Club House is the heart of the OBRIY Family Club premium cottage town in a green suburb of Kyiv. The clubhouse proposes a restaurant with an organic menu, a fitness area with a boxing ring and a separate space for yoga and Pilates, an eco-shop, an Ayurvedic clinic, and a swimming pool. Residents of the town have every opportunity to take care of their health, as well as for sports, leisure activities, and business meetings.

"We design a complete life cycle, full of comfort, on the territory of the complex," says Maryna Kruglova, the founder of the EcoBud Project architectural bureau and the author of the project concept. "The idea of space was significantly influenced by the military situation in Ukraine and the increasing demands for remote working and studying. That is why we seek to create a unique feeling of coziness and freedom of action inside the town."
