NomNom Chocolate Explores Strange Confectionery Flavors

Artisinal chocolate can often feature intriguing flavors, but NomNom Chocolate is showing the industry just how inventive Welsh chocolatiers can be. With 15 different flavors, NomNom Chocolate is sure to entice any chocolate lover, as its chocolatiers manage to blend rhubarb, pistachio or earl grey tea into its amazing chocolate. The chocolate itself is handcrafted by a group of friends and was started with after receiving a Prince's Trust Loan.

The various flavors can be a bit daunting for some but NomNom Chocolate steps up its strange flavors with its unique Old Book flavor. Crafted with a blend of tobacco, hazelnut, essence of leather, frankincense, myrrh and oak smoked Welsh sea salt, the chocolate smells and tastes remarkably like its namesake. This flavor was crafted in collaboration with a friend of NomNom Chocolate and master perfumer Azzi Glasser.
