The PINCHO Noche Buena Bowl is Cuban Christmas Eve Feast-Inspired

The PINCHO Noche Buena Bowl is making its way to participating locations as a limited time offering that draws inspiration from Cuban Christmas Eve feasts to help even more consumers enjoy it this holiday season.

The bowl starts off with white rice, black beans, pulled pork, fried yuca croutons and mojo-grilled onions, all topped with a lime aioli drizzle. The bowl thus incorporates aspects of lechón asado, congrí and garlicky yuca, and is expected to be a hit amongst those who are familiar with Cuban cuisine or those who are new to it.

The PINCHO Noche Buena Bowl will be on the menu from December 8 through January 4, 2025 and comes as part of the brand's continued embrace of the Latin culinary heritage in Miami.
