A collaboration between the Japan-based Quantum Inc and the Milan-based design firm Habits Studio has resulted in the creation of moon lighting that is unlike most traditional lamps.
Titled 'Another Moon,' these lamps aim to bring a galactic replica into the home for unconventional home decor that functions as a statement piece in any room. The moon lighting comes in a small orb that sits atop desks and reflects the waxing and waning of the moon in real-time. It does this by synchronizing with information on the internet that reflects which phase the moon is in.
