Molokovo Design Transformed a Moscow Store into an Artistic Bottle Shop

Pulling inspiration from classic avant-grande Russian artist Kazimir Malevich, Molokovo Design completely transformed a Moscow retail space into a bottle shop that doubles as a micro-brewery.

The local design team created the monochromatic color scheme from the traditional principles of Suprematism, creating an artistic feeling that offers unique and basic geometric forms. The interior offers an imaginative aesthetic in an open space, using a deep-blue shade to illuminate a celestial-themed light fixture. Written directly onto the blue walls in a white font, the brewery offers locally sourced beers including St Petersburg's AF Brew, Hip Hop Milk and the KarmaComa stout.

With the intention to create a spot in town that seamlessly blends art with beer, the new brewery and bottle shop from Molokovo Design is an instant classic for both tourists and locals.
