'Gracia' is a private residence located in Barcelona, Spain. Until it was acquired by the current owners, the building functioned as a milk shop. To turn the retail space into a functional home, the architects cleared away all of the internal structures. However, the architects did manage to salvage the roof and a central wooden pillar, which acts as a focal point in the space. The rest of the interior is minimalist, with warm farmhouse touches such as exposed brick and wood beams.
