The Adidas Originals OG Micropacers are shoes being released to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the trailblazing Adidas Micropacer model that was released in the year 1984.
The Adidas Micropacer sneaker was well and truly ahead of its time due to the incredible technology that was embedded within it. This shoe was fitted with a tiny microprocessor that could track the distance traveled by the wearer of the shoe. It was even able to measure how many calories shoe wearers burned.
As far as the Adidas Micropacers' design elements go, the sneakers will feature the original shoe's iconic metallic silver body. Three elegant blue stripes complete the shoe's body and give it a modern, sporty appearance.
The Adidas Originals OG Micropacer shoes were made available for purchase on August 16 at select shoe retailers.
