Mosaic Mexican Walls

This Mexico House was Decorated with Inspiration from a Mosaic Decal

H. Ponce Architects created the design concept for this Mexico house which was inspired by a mosaic wall decal. The Mexico house is part of the B+H 45 Residence and is located in the center of Merida in Yucatan.

The home contains one large mosaic wall mural that brings a unique approach to its overall spacial design. This design evokes a cohesive flow within the home, with subtle hints of the mural appearing in various locations throughout the space.

This home complies with local building legislation which ensures the preservation of original masonry walls. The mosaic wall however, was created from several works by H. Ponce Architects. While the wall acts as the highlight of this elegant home, the additional colors of gray and white allow it to stand out even more.
