McCain ReGen Naked Oven Chips are Launching in the UK

The McCain ReGen Naked Oven Chips range is a new series of French fries making their way to the UK market as part of the brand's transition towards sustainable agriculture ingredients.

The frozen food product is made with regeneratively farmed British potatoes, which will reduce the agricultural contribution towards soil degradation while also safeguarding crops from changing environmental weather conditions. The potatoes are grown in a manner that follows best practices for regenerative farming to restore soil biology, improve the water retention of the land and foster greater biodiversity. The fries come in two varieties including Straight Cut and Crinkle Cut.

Marketing Director Laura Koscik spoke on the McCain ReGen Naked Oven Chips range saying, "McCain ReGen Naked Oven Chips have the golden crunch and fluffy middle. This limited-edition launch marks another milestone on our regenerative agriculture journey. We’re supporting our farmers as they implement these practices, so that we can continue growing potatoes for chips for years to come."
