Mazí Mas Creates Employment for Migrant Women in London

Mazí Mas is a social business that currently operates as a fun roaming restaurant. Eventually, the goal is to have a long-term stable restaurant that doesn't move but the way it works now, in residencies, is certainly an interesting and provocative way to get the name out and share women's cooking with London at large. The upcoming residency will run from July 1 to July 26 at The Yard Theatre in London, United Kingdom. Each night features a different refugee or migrant chef.

Founded by half-Greek half-German Nikandre Kopcke and inspired by a Greek woman, Mazí Mas is run by educated women (and men) who join community building with a love of food.
