The Mark Fast Spring 2014 Show Was Inspired by a Wild Party Girl

The models who walked the runway at the Mark Fast Spring 2014 show at London Fashion Week looked like they'd just rolled out of bed, or out of the clutches of some terrifying creature with claws.

Fast's models sported messy bedhead and hole-filled dresses, channeling a party girl after a late night out. Another inspiration cited for the collection is the snowy static of a TV screen and this noise definitely comes through in his clothes.

Fast is known for his innovative use of textiles and for this show, ventured into the use of Woolmark, or cooling wool, which "cools down, rather than heats up" and is much more comfortable to wear than traditional wool, which can feel quite scratchy on the skin.
