Following its initial launch in June 2021, GATSBY reformulated and rebranded its chocolate products to create the lowest-calorie chocolate bar by far on the market. Notably, the brand's chocolate bars boast about half of the calories as compared to the leading low-sugar chocolate bars.
Sea Salt Extra Dark is the newest low-calorie chocolate bar from the brand and it's keto-friendly and vegan with just 60 calories and two grams of sugar per serving. The salty and sweet treat joins other low-calorie chocolate bars from the brand like the Classic Milk Chocolate Style and Almond Dark Chocolate Style.
CEO and Founder Doug Bouton is best known for his role in co-founding Halo Top ice cream, who says, "I'm extremely proud of our team because what took Halo Top three years to do–re-formulate and re-brand–we were able to do in three months with GATSBY. Our new packaging is our attempt at a 2020's take on 1920's style."
