The LG Washing Machine Campaign Compares Cleaned Clothes to Brand New Ones

It might seem strange that the iconic shopping bags of some of the world's most prestigious brands have big gaping holes in them, but the LG Washing Machine campaign is essentially comparing them to the home appliance. The holey exterior makes reference to the window door characteristic of many washing machines. By comparing the two, the print ads show that pulling clothes out of this appliance is just like pulling them out of a shopping bag. The LG Washing Machine campaign reads, "Clothes as clean as new ones. LG washing machine with direct driver motor."

The LG Washing Machine campaign was created by the Y&R ad agency based in Sao Paulo, Brazil. It was art directed by Leandro Camara.
