Aldi Created a Series of Dishes with a 4-Year-Old TikTok Chef

To get kids excited about healthy foods, Aldi teamed up with young TikTok chef Carter—who is just four years old—and dietician Lucy Upton to develop a series of kid-friendly recipes.

These dishes are designed to get kids involved in the kitchen, and as a result, encourage them to try new foods like fruits and vegetables. On the supermarket's website, families will find recipes for Rainbow Veggie Lasagne with hidden celery, carrot, sweet potato and zucchini, Speedy Noodle Stir Fry with broccoli, and a Banana, Strawberry & Mango Sunshine Smoothie.

These kid-friendly recipes were created in response to a poll of 1,000 parents with children ages four to 10, nearly 31% of whom said their little ones regularly refused to eat anything green. Research also unveiled some of the foods kids are most resistant to, many of which are included in these approachable, fun dishes.
