The Kia EV6 has been unveiled by the automotive brand as its latest electric vehicle that is focused on delivering an impressive driver experience thanks to its human-centered design. The vehicle features a crossover-inspired design that is based on the brand's Electric-Global Modular Platform (E-GMP) and is one of the first models that follows on a new design philosophy. The vehicle maintains a modern design that doesn't go too far into the futuristic category, which will thus make it applicable for present-day drivers.
Senior Vice President and Head of Global Design Center Karim Habib spoke on the new Kia EV6 saying, "EV6, as the first dedicated Kia EV, is a showcase of human-centred, progressive design and electrified power. We strongly believe EV6 is a compelling and relevant model for the new EV market. With EV6 we aimed to create a distinctive, impactful design by using a combination of sophisticated, high-tech features on pure and rich volumes, while providing a unique space as a futuristic EV."
