Kanye West and Jay-Z have kept fans on the edge of their seats waiting for the release of 'Watch the Throne,' the pair's collaborative rap album. The album is set for digital release on August 1st, while the CD itself will be available in stores on August 5th.
The news comes just as Kanye West has confirmed he is working on a womenswear line that is rumored to be launching during New York Fashion Week in September. While West takes a leap into the fashion world, Riccardo Tisci is venturing into the world of music, designing the cover art, album sleeve and printed poster for the upcoming Kanye West and Jay-Z release.
Tisci is said to be using similar concepts of 'symmetry, lightness, strength, sharpness, darkness and 3D' for the artwork as he does at Givenchy.
If the album artwork is anything like Riccardo Tisci's design work at Givenchy, it's sure to be incredible.
