Design Exchange Programs

InVision is Helping Designers Travel and Learn for Free

InVision, a design software company focused on best user experiences, is launching its inaugural Design Exchange program. Focused on helping designers increase their inspirations, the program sends various designers to cities around the world for free. While in these cities, designers will "learn with, and from, their design peers," much like a study abroad program.

The program is currently open to professional designers, with each trip lasting a week. Itineraries include design workshops, visits to prominent design firms, and tours of art museums and other cultural institutions. For 2019, InVision plans to host four trips, starting in Sydney, then Copenhagen, followed by Singapore, and then an unnamed fourth destination.

While the Design Exchange program is geared towards all designers, the program is an obvious marketing play for InVision. The company has always pushed itself as a designer-focused company and this program helps it to further establish itself in the design industry.
