The Intelligent Fitness Handle Works in Many Modes

The Intelligent Fitness Handle has been designed by Ruan Zhou for the China-based Lishui Handian Industrial Design Co. as a exercise solution that would greatly enhance the capabilities of an athlete working out from home.

The system works around the namesake handle that's packed with internal sensors to capture the user's motion data to keep track of physical output. The handle is constructed with an interchangeable design that can be paired with different components to function as a rower, skipping rope, roller wheel and more. This will enable the user to keep less equipment in their home, but still enjoy the experience of working out in a full-size gym.

The Intelligent Fitness Handle also boasts a gamified functionality that will reward the user with points that can be monitored via the built-in display.
