There is a small entry courtyard along the street edge and the interior is made to host four workspaces, a cafeteria, a kitchenette, and a bookstore. ESArquitectura and Oman Bauer Arquitectos explains to Dezeen that "The project establishes formal relationships with the built heritage while emphasizing the intangible heritage – the knowledge and construction techniques perfected since pre-Hispanic times, disrupted by modernity to the point of near-extinction."
