Henning’s Wisconsin Cheese Mixes Cheese with Fenugreek, Bacon and Peppers

Henning’s Wisconsin Cheese is introducing a trio of infused cheese products that blend different kinds of cheddar with additional ingredients.

The brand is now making Bacon and Golden Fenugreek cheese products, which feature pieces of slow-cured bacon in yellow cheddar and fenugreek seeds in white cheddar cheese, respectively. Additionally, Henning’s Wisconsin Cheese is also launching a third kind of infused cheese called Dragon's Breath, which introduces a base of cheddar that is embedded with "fire-breathing" hot peppers for a spicy kick.
