Ikea's App Has Launched Throughout the United States

Ikea's app has rolled out throughout the United States, which is expected to serve as an upgrade to its previous online shopping models. A lot of brands are moving to digital applications following the continued devastation of the COVID-19 pandemic, offering loyal consumers a more seamless and connective experience.

According to Ikea, this app offers end-to-end shopping, lets users access their Ikea Family Card, and even allows consumers to decide what the app does with their data. Essentially, the new Ikea app combines both of the existing online models into one seamless application. "We decided we don’t need to be fragmented and we can put all these features into one app," said Umesh Sripad, Ikea U.S. chief digital officer, in a statement.
