Swedish Furniture Brand Exhibits

A IKEA Exhibition on Storage Will Go on Display in London

A retrospective IKEA exhibition will soon display in London in the first-ever gallery experience from the brand. Entitled 'IKEA The Collection,' the exhibition will be on display between January 21 and 23 at the independent gallery space The Proud Archivist in London's Dalston neighborhood. 'IKEA The Collection' will showcase a variety of storage systems available from the brand and will host a number of collectors who will exhibit their personal collections of items such as Spice Girls memorabilia and retro fashion organized in the storage systems.

The intriguing historical exhibition will highlight the "joys of storage" and follows a long list of prior IKEA experiences that provided unexpected delights for consumers. Last year the Swedish furniture brand hosted a breakfast in bed pop-up cafe, while it has also previously hosted sleepovers at some of its stores.
