Hendrik Beikirch Mural is Tallest in All of Asia

Now the tallest mural in all of Asia, this Hendrik Beikirch mural is an awesome addition to the skyline of Busan, South Korea. Beikirch partnered with Public Delivery in order to make the project. Public Delivery has contributed to the promotion of contemporary art throughout Europe and Asia.

The Hendrik Beikirch mural stands at a staggering 70m tall. The portrait is of an elderly fisherman. The rapid economic growth that Korea has enjoyed has not affected this group of people, who continue to live very different lives. The quote at the bottom of the mural reads, "Where there is no struggle, there is no strength." Bringing attention to this community is a social good for Koreans.

Beikirch didn't use a projector or sketch to create this masterpiece. The sublime location of the artist's work truly elevate this piece to new levels.
