Expansive Tech Offices Spaces

The New Googleplex Plan is Located in West Manhattan

The team at CookFox Architects works together with Gensler to create the Googleplex master plan to be developed by Oxford Properties. It is located at 550 Washington Street on the west side of Manhattan and takes over 1,3 million square feet of space. There are 12 stories and spans across three buildings in total.

The location was a historic space and is turning into a new headquarters. The teams worked together to blend the old with the new to preserve what was once the old St John's Terminal by adding modern touches. It stretches out over two city blocks and has dynamic accents including floor-to-ceiling glass and metal paneling. The building is complemented by a rooftop terrace and green spaces.
