Fougeron Architecture Overhauled a Victorian Home in San Francisco

California-based studio Fougeron Architecture completely overhauled a century-old Victorian Townhouse in the Noe Valley area of San Francisco. The 2,500 square foot home boasts new modern design features such as a slanted glass facade taking up most of the exterior of the home, and a bright orange stairwell in the center of the home.

The front of the home was preserved, while the back facade was completely re-imaged into a two-story window. The design team decided to make most features a simple white and grey color scheme, while adding in bold pops of vivid colors throughout on large pieces.

Each room created by Fougeron Architecture has large over-sized windows, allowing them to be flooded with natural light and show off each unique design feature.
