'Flipping Properties' is a Piece of Art Located in Toronto

Flipping Properties by Jimenez Lai is an installation located in Toronto, intended as a meeting spot for people, a place to sit and the perfect area for an event.

The installation is more specifically in an alleyway, allowing for a bit of privacy from the busy streets of the area. The inner section of the piece looks more like a set of stairs that winds all the way through to the roofed section of the installation. Overall it's different than most pieces of furniture, and challenges people to think about the different forms these items could take with a little imagination.

The items will not be installed forever, with the pieces being in place until September of 2014 for anyone looking to visit. Photo Credits: designboom, bureau-spectacular.net
