Holladay Distillery's Whicked Pickle Has a Peppery Finish

Holladay Distillery created Whicked Pickle, a pickle-flavored whiskey spirit in a rapid fashion after inspiration hit. As the distillery describes, "Three guys walk into a boardroom at the end of a long day. One is sipping on a whiskey neat as another opens a jar of spicy dill pickles. Their subsequent banter about the legendary pickleback shot leads to a lightbulb moment."

The dill pickle-flavored whiskey is said to have finish that's full of peppery heat and it's perfect for enjoying straight or chilled. There's also the option of making a Whicked Mary as a twist on a classic cocktail.

While the pandemic challenged some aspects of the distillery's business, it has also allowed for plenty of fun to be had with product development.
