The 'Flash-Kick' Event Promotes Samsung

Commuting through the train station can be dull, but Samsung has kicked up the excitement with their PR stunt 'Flash-Kick.' Increasing excitement towards Samsung was the main goal; however, Flash-Kick also helped liven up a daily commute for many passersby in London’s Victoria Station.

Flash-Kick was announced over the PA system at the London train station. As many commuters turned their heads, attention focused on a very small square indoor soccer arena. One player started showing off skills before being joined by another, after a minute a man dressed as a referee hopped in and got the game going. The players showcased their skills for Samsung.

The event was orchestrated to announce Samsung newly formed partnership with ESPN. Galaxy smartphones were loaned out so that onlookers could capture this event, which will be converted into an ad entitled Project Teamwork.
