Celestial-Inspired Lighting Series

Lee Broom Released the Final 'Observatory' Collection of Lights

British designer Lee Broom is now presenting the third installment to complete the final Observatory collection of lights at the London Design Festival. The lights all boast the same theme of celestial inspiration and will transform the space of Broom's Shoreditch showroom as they play with vertical and horizontal space proportions. The final Observatory collection is comprised of five series -- the Orion, Lens Flair, Tidal, Eclipse and Aurora. All of the pieces are complete with hidden LED lights that emit a soft illumination from a structural form.

The Orion has a tubular design with solid sphere shapes that can be hung up in a variety of configurations. The Lens Flair range is also spherically influenced by the telescopic lens. The Eclipse lights are mirror circular lights that dissect one another. The Tidal lights experiment with the design of gravitational force with its half-sphere shapes. Finally, Aurora is a set of chandeliers that are constructed from tiers of tubular LED lights.
